the inside of the back of the truck had a layer of pollen/dirt on the floor, so i’d just suggest giving the back of the trucks a quick clean before renting them out again

I went to the delivery location three times and found no one there. I put enough gas in but I was also unfairly fined. Store in west market no body there.

This location was horrible , they didn’t give me anything I asked for . & then never told me they would be out of anything . I couldn’t use the truck because I couldn’t move the furniture without the equipment I ordered . I Ubered to the place , got dropped off, then I had no choice but to drive the truck home to figure out my options . They gave me no equipment I paid for , & I couldn’t find movers last min. Once I picked up the truck around 6:30 the place was closed . Everything was a waste of time with uhaul. They offered me a refund but I wasted over $30 for Uber , then wasted $80 on a truck I could’ve got else where with the equipment I needed !

This location was 4 minutes from my home, so I overlooked it many times. But, actually I am glad that I selected this location. It was fast, convenient, easy process and the Manager was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you KMG for a flawless transaction! S. Williams

He was a little late to arrive but very friendly and easy to work with. The lot was a little tight but still managable.

Wasn’t very knowledgeable of the UHAUL rates and policy. Online is specifically states unlimited miles and it’s a weekly rate however he initially charged me for mileage. It took about 45 min to sit and correct everything. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours! He was a very nice guy tho. The trailer was extremely low and he wasn’t knowledgeable in turning the bar and ball upside down so it would sit up higher. He mentioned it was too low also but didn’t know to install it the other way. It wasn’t until the middle of my trip someone told me and at drop off in az the guy who worked there flipped it for me for future rentals/use.
