When I reserved this Uhaul I checked to do it in person not online. Get there and the place is closed. That should have been notified to me that I couldn't do that at that location. We had no idea how to do it online. Waisted 45min figuring out what to do. Called Uhaul and the person walked us through the steps. At drop off the place is not lite well and people were walking around smoking weed. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We were scared had our adult children lock themselves in car while we returned truck

I was waiting in this location for assistance the guy took 15 minutes to come back and wen he came was telling me I have to go to Others store for the truck because he was busy whit another customer selling tire, he was telling me u haul is no he’s deal. Very bad experience in this store.

inspect and service your trucks prior to be given to customers especially long distance move. poor response from management in response of managing problem and communication response time. customer service transfers constantly to another personal and does not even give the information already reported so you have to repeat yourself and often stay one hour on the phone to then be told. truck you rent weeks prior not available at site on day of reservation and then need to change location. Poor management response to situation and follow up. If that were not enough, when you reach out to the original manager who rented the truck, the person says they only get a small percentage and are a franchise call UHAUL and ask for a manager theres nothing I can do is not the response for the customer. I am still awaiting compensation and no one calls you back. I had to call back today from work and spend 35 minutes between two reps to get the case opened and sent to a manager. Horrible experience.

our first pickup in Gainesville was a disaster, the pickup at KNB went better.

It was unclear as to where the leave the truck. The location was poorly marked from the street. There was zero lighting and it was extremely difficult to find the drop box because of the lack of lighting. I wouldn’t have felt safe if I was alone dropping off at night.

I went to my local location for the rental who told me they didn't have a dolly big enough ( i thought toe dollies only came in one size) and searched fir another location. The guy at recommended location was nice enough but didn't check out the equipment on leaving. Got back home and found the rear light didnt work. Don't know if its a bulb. I know things go bad from time to time..

The location is sketchy and unorganized. I was supposed to arrive at 9 am to pick up my equipment. I called the location, I called Uhaul and played ping-pong. Uhaul customer service wanted to send me an additional 9 miles out of the way. About 9:30 some guy comes strolling in, smoking his cigarette and tells me they know nothing about my reservation. After an hour I finally got my equipment and left.

I never received the email with the instructions on self pick up. I got a call the night before with the lock code otherwise I would of not have been able to pick up the truck. All I received was three confirmation emails.

I literally was not even acknowledged when I pulled up or when I stood in front of three employees asking if I should leave the truck at the stop sign. Should have gone to a Uhaul center for sure.

Nothing, the location is convenient and the process there is easy. It's just a mechanic shop so it's dual purpose as a uhaul doesn't lay it out in a rental retail friendly functional manner, that's all. Absolutely no issues with the location and the guy that was there was great.

Have my reservation ready when I get there, especially if I signed up for self Check in , uhaul website had not communicated my reservation to the facility I was picking up from , I would like the credit promised to me if reservation was not ready when I got there .

The location did not even appear to be a u-haul location is was more like a junk yard. The location was not open that day although he answered the phone and told me they were closed due to the impending hurricane. However all other local businesses in the area were open. The building was more like a shack on the side of the road

I was told to pick up the truck and when I arrive it's not ready. Had to wait, not given a paper receipt, no instructions if I was to break down. No walk through to check truck for damages. Dolly was not in truck.

You couldn't even tell it was a drop off its a dirt road with a tent behind a sketchy thrift store. I had to call and talk to a lady to make sure I was at the right place. Nobody greeted me or helped me except the thrift store worker he told me "walk down the dirt path and under the orange tent is a box."

My negative experience wasn't so much from the actual location. First, the truck wasn't ready for pick up at the time I scheduled it for. I sceduled it for 4:15 and I took off of work to be able to start my move early. I wasn't able to pick up the truck until 8:00pm and the help I hired for the move had to come back on Saturday. The second issue, when I went back to the Uhaul location the owner told me that Uhaul corporate cancelled my reservation. The owner didn't know why they cancelled it but they did. It took almost an hour to get all my information again to get the rental truck. If anything the owner of the location was the best part. Really friendly guy who kept apologizing for Uhauls mistakes. All in all I didn't complete my move in time due to the fact that my truck wasn't ready on time and my reservation was cancelled by uhaul. Now I have to rent another truck in a week or two to be able to pick up things from my storage unit. In the end it wasn't worth the $121 I paid for the rental truck. Very disappointed

Truck was not clean. Smelled like gasoline. Pick up location was very dirty and run down, sketchy. Couldn't print anything off, had to take a picture off his computer with my phone. Didn't have 2 doz pads I ordered. Had to wait for them. Moving helpers said they were damp. Would never go back there.

Was told by call center that site was open at 10am. Arrived at 11 and no one on site. Called number on building, person answering said would be there in 30min. Site not marked from road, difficult to find other than UHaul truck noticed off road. Location was a shack, not professional looking at all

I wanted a pick up in collage station but was sent to Caldwell for the unit. The call back confirm number was a fax number. This is not the way to treat customers. The pick up location was not what I would expect from UHaul.

My main complaint is that no auto transports were available in my county, so I was forced to go to Burleson County for this unit. But, it was a really good trailer; handled my Ford tractor well, and towed beautifully. U-Haul needs to put more of these out here, so that there isn't such a shortage of them.

Need more lights on outside at night for after hour dropoffs. It was a bit scary with all the other "stuff" in the yard and no lights on near the drop box.

We made arrangements to p/u the truck when they opened at 8:00am. No one there. made repeated phone calls to the three numbers we had. Left messages and waited. 30 minutes late a man showed up. Finally a woman showed up and couldn't get the computer to "cooperate" We waited while they cleaned out the truck. We waited while she tried to figure out the computer. The woman (in her stocking feet) inspected the truck. She appeared to still be asleep during all and finally mumbled something like "have a good trip". This place is a junk yard. it really is a junk yard. I couldn't believe this was actually a u-haul business. Do you not inspect the places that are going to represent you? We felt we were in the movie Deliverance. There is NO Way we would ever recommend this location. Ld ever recommend

Cold Day. Gas gauge became inoperative. Had to put in more gas than needed to meet requirement, but agent accepted receipt and acknowledged problem. No refund for more gas than needed, however. Grateful for small blessings. You might consider having agents clean windshields -- it's not fun to drive with a very dirty windshield. Thanks
