I’m sure they’ll get better as they grow, but they are struggling with this task of renting u hauls, not so experienced with truck rentals. I was there longer than expected just to rent that truck . The person in the office was nice and understood I was in a hurry . Trucks were mediocre kinda beat up, but I have to say I was at the mercy of them because they were the only ones with that size truck I needed . At the moment I can say they are okay, I’m confident they will get better….

I did an online registration for one location, U-Haul called me and asked if I would be willing to move my registration to a new location. This new location just started recently with U-Haul and they wanted to give them some experience. I had to change my reservation time and date, the lady who answered the phone couldn’t help and told me she’d have to get her manager to help me, but he’s in a meeting right now. Okay no problem just have him call me back once he’s out. 3 plus hours go by no call back, so I called them back and the manager answered the phone. I told him who I was and he said oh yea I looked and couldn’t find anything for you. I said well I’m glad I called back because I had a feeling I wasn’t gonna get a call back from you. Just trying to change the date and time was a hard time, well picking up the unit was even worse… spent 30 minutes in the office redoing the whole reservation process for some reason. The guy helping me out with the pick up was nice but had to make multiple calls to get the process finished. Got the keys and the unit did what I needed it to do. Then I thought dropping the unit off would be way easier than the pick up. Nope I was wrong there. Another 20 minute process to drop off the unit. Tried to over charge me with the price per mile even though my own online reservation said one price that I already locked in. He had to make a phone call and I got what I originally placed my order for and said I was good to leave. I ran so fast out that do and didn’t look back..
