MICHELLE EDon't send people for drop offs when they are closed and there are no wheel chocks or trailer dolly's or anything. My car is damaged now trying to unhook a 6x12 trailer by myself. My boyfriend had to drive an hour each way to help me unhook it and said there was basically no way I would have ever been able to lift it off myself. As it was because there were to wheel chocks the darn thing rolled into my brand new car because the only junk wood I found didn't work. I understand why the business doesn't want to leave those things out unattended to be stolen this is on uhaul for sending me there.
JESSICA MNot much room there to park. Very crowded with vehicles.
John BDrop off was during off hours. The parking lot was impossible to maneuver around in. There was a sign direction to a drop off area, but it was inaccessible at the time. I ended up dropping off on a side area near car sales.
Benjamin JI paid for a dolly that was not in truck. Place of pickup was not open when I picked up rental. I called and I was supposed to be reimbursed but I have not
