The inside of the 15 ft. truck was full of dust and dirt. Had to give it a good sweep before we could start loading things.

There were two fees that were not mentioned over the phone reservation, but otherwise reliable and quick service

Margaret SThere was garbage left in the vehicle, and when I was returning the vehicle I called for assistance and they told me to leave the keys on the front counter that anyone could easily walk by and take, I said I would feel more comfortable to leave the keys with someone to confirm I returned the keys and they rudely disregarded me and hung up the phone with no further assistance.
Brett BWas told that there was more gas in the truck then there actually was. Took a photo of the gas tank and the mileage upon pick up to show the gas and mileage. I filled the truck back up to where I started from and I then got charged for extra fuel because of their error

RICHARD CUhaul agent arranged for mobile pick up at 8am ...when l open app and try to proceed it says truck NOT assigned...l call put on hold for 50 mins ..rep can't get a hold of anyone at location...l finally get front desk person and they inform me that this location dosnt do mobile pick ups !! And they open at 9am.... so haul dosnt know what they talking about ...rep on the phone no help didn't offer anything for the run around and wasted time !! Very very bad experience.... would rate my experience 0 out of 5 ...

MICHAEL MThe problem was entirely with your reservation and communication system, NOT this location. The staff at this location did there very best to solve the huge problem with your reservation system. Your reservation website reported having two 10' moving trucks at this location on the date required. After booking online, someone from U-Haul called me to confirm that neither of these two trucks were actually available at this location but a pickup truck was available at this location. I agreed to keep the reservation at this location but for a pickup truck. I received a reservation confirmation email too. When I went collect the pickup truck, I was informed that, contrary to the phone call I received and the reservation I agreed to keep, the confirmation email changed the location to a place 10KM away. Frustrated by the change, I drove to the other location. Upon arrival at the other location, I was advised that the pickup truck wasn't there because it was days overdue to be retuned. U-Haul provided me with no warning of this! I called the first location again and asked if I could rent the only truck they had onsite (a 15' truck) with the promise that I would have it returned within 99 minutes (30 minutes before their next reservation for it). That truck had less that 1/16 of a tank if gas in it. I returned that truck within 75 minutes. I had to solve all of U-Haul's complete service failures. I want a complete refund plus $100 for my time, frustration and gas driving back and forth between yourication. That is, credit my credit card for $160. Regards, John McAteer johnnymac1966@gmail.com

kenneth mFirst off they do not come out to the vehicle with you to do a damage check or to verify mileage and fuel. The truck itself did do the job it was rented for (move a dining room set a few hundred km) the truck rattled,squeezed and was literally uncontrollable at low speeds on a bumpy road. Returning the vehicle nobody would check it in while I was there, did not see a person at all,in fact was told over the phone to leave the keys on the front desk and just leave. This is not the way to run a rental vehicle establishment . Here it is the following day and I still haven’t received final paperwork and billing Owners of this business should have a harder look at the safety of these vehicles and not just the money they bring in,it’s rather concerning to drive what feels like a very unsafe vehicle for a few hours, especially after driving all the way across Canada towing a 40 foot trailer comfortably

stephen sI asked for a 20 foot truck. I was given a 15 foot truck. I was made to make more trips due to the smaller truck which cost me more money. There was a 20 foot truck on site at pick up time but the employee refused to let me use it. The 20 foot truck never moved during the time I would of needed it and when I dropped the truck off that I was provided the 20 foot truck was still there. Basically I had to spend more money because I was given a smaller truck when the bigger truck was available for me to use. U Haul ripped me off!
