I showed up to a building that had no one in it. No one answered the phone or the door for over an hour. I had to have customer service help me! There was a PAD LOCK ON THE DOOR!!!! NEVER AGAIN, it set me back over an hour on my move!
Ashlyn MThe re- verification while picking up the truck by calling to one more friend didnt make any sense to me. I booked the truck under my name and with my driving license uploaded. There is no point in doing a re- verification by calling one more guy.
sreeteja AOnly reason I wouldn't recommend this location is that there is one with a much bigger selection within 3 minutes, but would certainly recommend as a backup location
ANDREW LI was charged a replacement fee for the furniture dolly I requested but neither that nor the utility dolly were present at pickup.
AKARA BLocation was bad. There were no lights or signs to indicate the location of the truck. We picked it up at 10PM so it was virtually pitch-black. The truck was parked off to the side of the designated location next to a metal shed and another shady looking building that had a sign on it that said something like “don’t beware of dogs, beware of gun owners.” As we proceeded with the truck, two shirtless men came out of the building asking what we were doing there. We had to explain our business to these two random men and tell them that we were there for the u-haul. They finally relaxed and went back inside. It was a nerve wracking experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
