The only way you could have made my experience go any better than it did, would have been, sending someone over to load/unload the trailer for me...Seriously, I was in a jam, so I stopped by to see if I had any options. From that point forwad, I was taken care of all the way to the finish line. And for that, I am extremely grateful. Thank you!.

I ordered two. Dollie’s and a furniture dolly, as well as 12-pads and none of those items were given to us. We did receive a speedy refund. This was very hard on the guys that’s to help us move. Also, it really upset me due to us needed go a ovation other than the one I chose; the reason we were sent to a different location was because our chosen location did not have all he equipment ordered. I am highly disappointed and somewhat angry about this whole situation. My husband had a serious heart attack in May and we nearly lost him. That him and the others needed to physically lift and carry EVERYTHING is unacceptable.

The location was primarily a drop-off spot for rental equipment. There were two drop boxes for keys outside of the engine shop entry door. I didn’t see a receptionist for possible rentals but I may have entered on the service end of the building. Once I entered the building, after listening to guys talk in the shop, the gentleman that came to the counter was helpful in providing directions on where to park the truck.

Send me a bill for a drop off due to malfunction of the equipment. Highly don’t recommend would like my money back to.

I like everything about this location - the people were great, the truck was in excellent condition and it is near my house. What I do not like at all is how U-Haul corporate handled my rental. First, I was changed to a location in Chisago City. I wanted to stay in East Bethel, but if that truly hadn't been possible, there are probably 50 places closer to my house than that. The only reason I can think to try to send me that far away is charging me $1.29 per mile for 60 additional miles round-trip Then, two people told me I could change it back to East Bethel on Friday. I called on Friday to do that - and was told that was absolutely not possible. Thankfully, somehow another dispatcher heard what happened and called to tell me I had been switched to East Bethel after all. Frankly, Uhaul corporate is making it hard to spend my money with you - a weird business model.

U-Haul itself could do a better job explaining contactless pickup through the app as I was confused, but the location itself was great.

The truck was stuck in de snow due to it not being used in a while, attached is a copy of how dirty the truck was.it not allowing me to upload photos so if you can send me a link I will be glad to.

Given last notice instruction to drive 30 min out of my way to drop off truck in a parking lot with no UHaul signage. Terrible customer service.

I had to drive 25 minutes in the opposite direction to get the truck. I originally rented a truck from the uhaul closest to me. Although I was credited the miles It was an inconvenience and a last minute change of plans on our end.

Very friendly and very helpful staff to work with , I reserved the trailer for Friday but then realized I was ready for it on Thursday, I called them and they switched things around and I was able to pick it up Thursday morning. I highly recommend East Bethel U-haul.
