Did an after hours drop-off, so can't really rate personnel or facility effectively.
Paul Npaid for pads, didn't get any. pickup process is same as the booking process in the app (it's redundant), no fun doing that in the dark and cold as the office was closed at pickup time and I was charged for 2 days even though it was returned in under 24 hours, because that's when the office re-opened.
Andrew NThe pickup process is too cumbersome, it's a repeat of the booking process and doing it in the cold and dark is no fun. You could just do 2 factor authentication and text the details to unlock the key box. The process was so bad I wouldn't go thru this again.
Andrew NI can't think of anything, of the top of my head, that would improve the service, it was easy to reserve, easy to find the pickup and drop-off location, Knox Uhaul is a friendly place do business, no hassles, no snags, no problems, all good

Robin DVan was dirty when I picked it up and I was them charged a fee of $25 for cleaning. Not happy about that..at all.

William DThe van was not clean at pickup. There were also over 80 x sticker outside and inside the van in regard to damage. The realized that the gas gauge never moved from full so I never really knew how much gas was in the van at any time. I had to totally clean the inside of the van before returning it. This included removing the rubber flooring and sweeping underneath it. The seats were filthy and need to be shampooed. I vacuumed the cab also. When I got to the gas station to fill up the hose kept clicking off. There was a big x mark under the gas tank entry hole and while filling up there was weird bubbling sound coming from the tank. I really think this van needs to be removed from the fleet since major repairs are needed. The location is convenient since it is less than one mile from home but I will not use it again if this van is the only one available.

Mark MTrailer floor was not clean. We had to sweep off the items we hauled plus we made sure WE swept out the trailer floor from previous user so we wouldn't get dinged.

Terrence MThe only issue I had was taking the photos for the return as it’s quite tight, but getting back in the dark I’m sure was a factor as well. Wasn’t able to get a great photo on the drivers side, but as long as there aren’t any issues his to go!

Santosh VCheck engine light was on at pick up. Lock box lock was difficult to work . Ordered handtruck- and was billed for handtruck rental but there was NO HANDTRUCK. Still have not rec’d credit back for handtruck rental after phone call w/ U-Haul customer service and email to location. Location was not secure. We were surrounded by 3-4 men on motorcycles doing wheelies and racing in parking lot w/ copious ants of alcohol present. Frankly it was disconcerting and dangerous.
Audrey HI don't understand why there would be an extra charge to drop the trailer off at my location U-Haul location which is less than 5 minutes from my home. (Rt 1 & Rt 3, Havertown). Very inconvenient to say the least. I then tried calling & spent 15 minutes on hold with no one picking up to ask about this issue. The original location, Knox was great with, they also did not understand the extra charge..Seems like price gouging to me!

Carol AUHaul person not there when the trailer was dropped off. The personnel that was there was very nice and extremely helpful.
MICHAEL KContracted for equipment was not provided. Conversations with this location before date of rental in hope of avoiding problems were ultimately unproductive. Based on this experience I will not do another rental using after hours check-in/pick-up.

Rosa ADifficult to get to in a high-traffic area. Not enough staff to complete our transaction. Called ahead to make sure someone would be there to help hook up the trailer and when we arrived the person who was supposed to help would not be be back for 45 minutes. Someone had to call him and get instructions by phone. Transaction was not completed properly so they had to call me back later to finish up. THIS WAS NOT THE LOCATION I REQUESTED IN MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION! IT WAS MUCH FARTHER AWAY FROM MY HOME AND INCONVENIENT AND DIFFICULT TO GET TO.
Rebecca MOwner is very polite & efficient. Stopped what he was working on (it's a repair shop), hooked up my trailer, and we tested the lights. Showed me how to tighten the ball if needed during the trip to Florida. I was on my way in 20 minutes. Nice job.

Elizabeth FI was not happy that I had to make an hour round trip to pick up a 4x8 trailer when there are maybe 5 places only 5 minutes from me including a large u-haul center. There are many more that are closer than 30 minutes away but apparently none had a trailer available.
