Nadia EI have always been satisfied with U-Haul services. However, when I made this reservation over the telephone I told the clerk I needed a truck large enough to carry at least 7000 lbs. She said a 15 foot truck would work so that's what I rented. Come to find out the 15 ft truck wasn't the right size and I could not bring the entire load which now I need to make a second trip at a later time.

Jessica PI was a little disappointed we had to drive so far out of Victorville to pick up our truck but that wasn’t his fault. I was also short on time and there was only 1 employee. We had to wait till he filled several propane tanks for one customer which took some time but employee was very nice. Location is a little crowded but he moved our truck right out front for us.

Jesus TI have the same complaint everybody must have with U-Haul. We see your vehicles everywhere, rolling billboards promising rental vehicles for $19.95. But the last thing you hear from the clerk? "That'll be $73.00."

Ralph DThe location was a little way to go to get the van I needed. Other than that, the rental went smoothly. I'm glad I didn't have to go too far as far as the gas used. I'm used to having a full tank when you rent a truck/van. I guess in these times when the price of gas is rather high, I guess some people don't think of the person that is going to use the same truck/van.

Stephen NInitial rental was for 24 hours and 100 miles. We extended that. Common sense would say that each additional 24 hours would be with an additional 100 miles. No. We rented it for 3 days and they kept it at the original 100 miles but for all 3 days... Well it cost us extra that way. We got ripped off.

SANTOS MThere was an "unwelcoming" older guy, when I checked on a trailer some years ago. I normally rent from another location just East of this one. So, I was a little upset when I was directed to this particular location, due to lack of 6x12 trailers at the other one. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and very pleased with the service of the younger man I encountered. Very professional and expedient in his work. MUCH BETTER than the folks at the Lorene Drive, Victorville location. They're some of the WORST I've EVER encountered!!!
