Jason was great. I had some hiccups with my hitch set up, He was very patient with the hitch/ball changes i did to to adapt to 2" ball.

I deal mostly with a larger corporate site, but needed to pick up a truck from out of town. I had no specific experience with this location, but the number of reviews and feedback was promising... and ALL WARRANTED!! The location is convenient to the interstate, the equipment was well maintained and the staff was awesome to work with- even when I had a small issue (created by me) that needed addressed. Would definitely rent again if the need arises!

There was a mistake on the contract, and I should have called in--but I didn't think it could be changed since I had left the lot...They said the gas was 7/8ths when in fact in was 5/8ths.

Picking up and returning the truck was easy. However, trying to rent the appropriate size vehicle in the location we wanted (rather than a town 30 miles away) was not so easy. You list the vehicle size I need, but then after I have completed the rental request I often get an email saying you have changed the location or size. It makes renting hard

Your U-haul computer system was not working well. Not the local guy's fault, your corporate fault. I have heard it is often slow or goes down, and rental needs to be done with a workaround. That is not good. All else was fine. Trailer was great, for a good price.
