If you pull my contract, please have my truck checked for Transmission and/ or driveline issue. The vehicle was making noises that were very unnerving while driving loaded. Not a good experience.

They were great because I get bumped to there and other place didn’t tell me till that morning and they could have told me so I would have not wasted time and the people at new place were great to work with

The gentleman was very pleasant, considerate, and helpful. I enjoyed the straightforward experience. The only issue I have is that the hitch on the trailer would not tighten on our 2" ball so we got to listen to clanging and banging the entire pull.

I would suggest using more clear signage to indicate where the business is at because when we first walked in, we weren’t really sure what counter to go to.

The phone check in was horrible and took forever! The location was shady. Not happy about price change! I started out at one price but uhaul moved my location at last minute and the price changed

The csr was okay, but the csr which called me to confirm my reservation was very polite, friendly and professional. Hats off to your training team.

This was a head shop that had different hours and was not open when we needed the truck even though we had a reservation. The truck was in really horrible condition. I think it had over 155k miles on it. It was so dirty in the cab that we had to use a whole box of wipes to clean it before we could even go inside. We were constantly expecting the truck to break down at any moment.

Couldn’t find the truck in the morning - eventually found it around the back of the building in the grass. Lock to get key was very hard to open.

the app showed a picture of the lock box on a white wall when the boxes were located on a brick wall. In addition there are about 5 stores between the box location and the uhaul trucks making it confusing. I'm sure location employees would help but the self pick up was bad.

No one was there had to use app to pick up and it took almost 43 mins to do. This location was next available and cost me extra 21 miles because the first location that was only 4 miles away was no longer available

Company was very accommodating to the circumstances of the need of a local rental. Originally put in for a pickup, unfortunately the pickup truck was not available and I was redirected to a cargo van, which worked out quite nicely. Great location! I was very satisfied with my rental.

I originally asked for a different location to pick up at, but when I arrived my reservation had been changed without notification. Also I was charged for the insurance but did not want the insurance. Very disappointing.

Super friendly and very accommodating. We had an issue with a truck, not returning on time, and we were taken care of like we were family. Really awesome people.

Passenger side door was jammed shut so we had to enter the passenger through the driver side door. A minor inconvenience but it wasn't explained to us prior to reservation. The drop off procedure wasn't thoroughly explained either. I dropped the keys in the Dropbox and afterwards wondered how to they'd be able to tell if I dropped it off in the allotted time so off a whim I decided to recheck my email and discovered a whole process of picture taking and odometer documenting after I already dropped off the keys. I over shot the gas and overfilled so some sort of reimbursement would be nice. The biggest gripe of all, and I attribute this to just a Staunton quirk (Stauntonisms I'm calling them) the GPS location for the store directs you to a little building, Uhaul emblazoned on the front, surrounded by Uhauls so it's obvious enough. Is this where you get the truck? No. It's a friggin vape shop half a mile down the road with a little tiny Uhaul sticker on the front door only visible when up close. Most moronic thing I've ever seen or one of the most since this is common place for Staunton. Met a guy from New York picking up as well absolutely lambasting the lunacy of it.

The drop boxes are too close, I wasn't able to open the lock to get the key before business hours. I missed two very important appointments. Very frustrated customer.

After reserving a 10ft box truck for a day later, I was offered a free upgrade to a 20ft box truck. I didn't need a truck that big and didn't want to try to park one in a small driveway, so I called and declined the upgrade. Then I was offered a free trailer just to bring it to the drop off location, but I declined that as well since I didn't want to tow a trailer for no reason cross country. After that I get a call right before they closed about the original 10ft trucking having been damaged and unavailable and they forced a "Free" 15ft truck upgrade. When I checked in the morning I saw that my cost was now higher, so I called again and they were able to now get a 10ft truck for me once again; I also made it clear I did not want any upgrades of any kind. Despite declining upgrades, once again I was offered to tow a trailer for a discount of $75 which I also declined. This was very frustrating for me as I had stuff to do and really didn't want to be on the phone with Uhaul constantly. There is no reason to keep offereing me upgrades after I very clearly stated I did not want any.

The App needs some work when scanning my license it was doing it automatically and getting a blurry image every time it took me way to long to figure out a way to get it to take a clear picture and also the app was very slow

They told me that the truck that I wanted was available ,but when I got there they didn’t have that size.So I waited for 25 minutes til they brought one from another u-haul

U-Haul trucks were nowhere near the store front. Also, the U-Haul app is horrible! I did it to save time and have a speedy process. It took 45 minutes to get checked out due to slowness of it. Do not recommend

Katie & Theresa could not have been more helpful, gracious, and professional! The U-Haul service was 5-star. But "Kokomoz" is a CBD, vape, etc, store. If U-Haul 'assigns' them to a future rental request of mine, I will seek an alternative.
