The only reason why I’m leaving a lower review. Was there was nobody there so I didn’t talk to anybody. But the lot could use a little work.

I intentionally selected the in person location to pick up my uhaul, somehow it was changed to using this location. Thankfully someone reached out to me via text the day before and was available to help the day of because using the app was not working and delayed my ability to get the uhaul swiftly.
sarah FYour phone number is disconnected! When I called for questions I was unable to speak with this location. I tried a couple phones and another U-Haul did as well. I almost switch location due to this. Please fix this issue soonest. Thanks

Omar BThe location was ok in the daylight but dropping it off was kinda tough. It’s pitch black where the drop off location is. A dirt lot with not a single light. I’m thankful my husband was with me because I would have been kind of creeped out. The U-Haul was overall clean, there was dirt on the floor of the drivers and passenger side and the back of the U-Haul had some wet moving blankets in it. The U-Haul wouldn’t start after we got it loaded which put us behind about an hour but U-Haul customer service was great and a tech came quickly and replace the battery. Overall it was a good experience

Curtis KThis place was really hard to find and the only option is return through the app. The app crashed on me several times and then my return just went away so I spent an hour trying to return then another 25 minutes calling and waiting for someone to help me. It was 99 degrees outside and the place was next to stagnant water so there was a ton of mosquito’s everywhere. Then when I spoke to someone only 2 of the pictures went through… the app is horrible but not nearly as horrible as that drop location! Never doing that again!

Rodney SGave me the wrong key through mobile, took over an hour to figure out, then the app didn’t work so I couldn’t log my miles or fuel before leaving and when I returned with more fuel then I was given I was charged an additional 20 for fuel fee? Absolutely horrible experience and will never use U-Haul again.
Joshua GI did a 24/7 pickup. First the website directed me to call uhaul for assistance instead of letting me complete the process online, and I was on hold for over ten minutes. The representative did something on the back end so I could complete the process online, but then they gave me the wrong code to get the key. I had to call again, wait on hold again, and speak to three different people over more than half an hour. Finally they sent someone to the location. He was extremely helpful and I have no complaints about him, but I didn’t get the truck for over an hour after my reservation time.

John MTrick was very hard to get out due to being blocked in by another truck. Very old with 179,000 miles, ride was bad and pulled to the left. Truck full of sand and dirt. Location had poor visibility, no lights, very bad cellular service to complete pick up. Unsafe felling location.
Robert MThe phone number for the location is disconnected??? Everything had to be done to get and check in the truck via the app, not told that up front. Cell service in this location is terrible, making using the app frustrating! I put $20 in the truck to make sure the level was the same and still got a gas surcharge?? Not impressed with this process, but needed the 26' truck and it was the only location for miles that had the vehicle.
Gordon MThe location is in a rural part of the county surrounded by woods. It is a dirt lot with overgrown weeds, a huge pile of asphalt debris and lots of bugs. Bring insect repellent because you can't be out there for more than a minute before you get attacked by the mosquitos, gnats and other flying things. The mini-lockers to get the keys is attached to a pole that is lying on the ground. Because it's rural, there are no lights at the facility so if you go at night, it adds another level of difficulty in the rental process. A customer can only do on-line check in and check out but the cellular connection is spotty. That makes it hard to do the transaction. It is good that there is a gas station next door. That does help when returning the truck.
MATTHEW CThe overall experience was a disaster. The location was a field. The location was remote and not clearly stated. The pick up instructions were not clear. Was not able to capture a pic of my license. The support line was useless and for me to have to have 2 people called and verify me was an insult. Never again will I use u-haul to move. I would rather pay movers to do it for me.
Christopher DOverall, it was ok. There are areas for improvement. The truck cab was dirty (had sand on both sides of the floorboard, trash on the seat) and the windshield had multiple bug hits. The bed of the truck had not been swept for a while so they are obviously not enforcing their “must sweep” policy. You can only rent from this location using the Uhaul app which when there was an issue, it took several minutes to reach a person by phone to resolve. I returned at night and there are no lights in the parking lot. So, the pictures required to turn in the vehicle didn’t look right. If I were to give location a grade I’d give it a C+ or B-.

It took over an hour and half to get the truck released from a remote location I was charged for equipment that I didn’t receive nor was it on the truck even if I wanted it Had to call the area manager and 1-800 number more than 5 times The first truck reservation was canceled because I was late for pickup so they canceled it and then called me. I was given the wrong address for the first truck so that made me later. I never want to do a remote pickup again
Valeshia WI paid for guaranteed pick up at another location and account was not set up for Truck Share. Had to drive 20 miles out of the way and sit on hold for 40 mins waiting for the TruckShare support to provide the necessary info for the new location. U-haul's offer to make it right?? You offered to "waive" the $50 guarantee fee which you were unable to honor!! So in exchange for a terrible, experience, hours of wasted time and unnecessary miles, your "Customer Service" solution was to not charge me a fee for a service you did not provide. What a joke. You can Count on a BBB filing. BTW: I doubt I will hear from you, because if you cared enough to read this, you would have better Customer Service in the 1st place!!
Christopher LFix your system so that it is possible to drop off the trailer at a different location. The lady that gave me the trailer couldn't set up a different location even though my reservation had a drop off zip code set. Every time I rent a trailer from U-Haul, there is always a glitch/problem with the system. Last time I used the app, it worked horribly. Same issues persist and the app itself was glitchy.
Nikita LU-Haul mobile check in was an incredibly frustrating experience. I waited for 15min to get a response from one of your representatives and a total of 45min for someone to “verify my rental eligibility” to rent the truck. Very frustrating when you have hourly movers waiting and picking up the truck takes an hour.
Steph MNo one at the drop off location. I went back two times to ensure that everything was taken care of properly. THERE IS NO ONE AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION ... JUST A DROP BOX FOR THE KEY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

John RSuper easy to access our vehicle via the mobile app. Parked our vehicle in the lot area with no issue. We ended up seeing a worker who greeted us and wished us a good morning. Truck was clean and no issues with it. Returned the truck, very easy transaction! Would use this location again!
Jean LStore was open but no one could be found. Had to call uhaul and do a mobile drop off. No big deal just weird that the store was open and no one on site.
DON CThere was no attendant at the location. Also I was charged $900 for dropping off here verses dropping off at a location 35 miles away.
Daymon PI have used Uhaul services several times before but this last time it was a nightmare. First, they changed my pick up location to 30 minutes far from the place I made my reservation (Uhaul reimbursed me the extra miles, NOT the fuel, after expending 1 hour on the phone but still wasted 1 hour back and fourth of my time). Second, the location I had to pick up the truck did not have the dolly i had included on my reservation which made my move extremely harder. Third, after returned the truck they charged me almost 30 dollars more saying the truck had less fuel than when I picked up but I have pictures that shows the mileage and fuel qty. before and after using the truck (Uhaul refunded me this extra charge but again, after expending more than an hour on the phone trying to contact someone). Long story short, terrible truck, terrible service and terrible experience. Next time for sure I will look for different options. I'm not gonna say thank you because Im not.

Marshall FContract: 23308005 This is my 3rd email about my experience, and no one has bothered to call me. They charged me and I didn't give permission to do so. I was told someone would call me the day after I rented the UHAUL and they didn't. This is my 3rd email rating my terrible experience. Arriving at the Korner Supply, the grass is up to your knees and lots of hills of sand and dirt, and ants were biting my ankles and other critters running around. I had to leave my car in this area and it was very unsettling, as I wasn't sure it wouldn't sink or be safe. Upon returning the truck at 9:30 p.m. on same day, it was pitch black, not a light in sight for safety. No one is sight on arrival or the return. The truck was filthy, even the Movers mentioned how dirty it was. Didn't you charge the previous renter $25.00 for cleaning like you did me? It was so unsettling with the area, the lock was stuck and rusted out, I had to call a guy over to help me unlock it after 30 minutes which made me late for the Movers. I didn't get the dollies and blankets that I had on my order because I was so flustered with the area. I had to pay the Movers which I got through the UHAUL site for the dollies and blankets. I called the UHAUL Customer Service and she was quite rude but did ultimately sign me out for the truck while on site. I have moved 4 times in 2 years, and this was a terrible experience on so many levels. But I'm glad UHAUL got their money---no follow up phone call, just continuous emails asking to rate my experience and my responding with these same horrific details and yet, nothing from anyone. I would give a 0 on all counts for this rental experience.
Debie GI did NOT like that my reservation was moved to the 24/7 online pick up. I had no cell service to access the online. I had to send the email to my sons email account to complete the process. We called Uhaul several times trying to speak to someone but the wait times were 30-45mins. What should’ve taken us 15 minutes had there been someone in person there to help pick up the truck took us 42 minutes. We had a move out time line and this set up back for the entire day. Unacceptable!

Benjamin LI requested to pick up my rental over the counter, but my reservation was changed to 24/7 app service. Then the code I was given for the lockbox didn't work, so I was on hold with U-haul customer service for 30+ minutes trying several codes. The lock itself was somewhat rusted and had a rubber cover that made it hard to unlock. There were gnats everywhere while I was trying to access the key. U-haul customer service was helpful, but the on-site business was closed and not answering their phone to come help.

jesus cThis location saved the day. However UHaul did a terrible job by losing my reservation at a much closer location. The reservation was set at Compass self storage which is 5 minutes from my home & somehow the reservation was lost & they didn’t have a truck for me. I had to drive 30 minutes to get a much larger truck than I needed. I’m done with Uhaul
