I reserved a 15 foot Uhaul online and made sure to mark the option to pick up in person at the counter. It stated I could come in early to pick up as long as it wasn't more than an hour early. I arrived around 10 am for our 10:30 am reservation. I got there and the facility was clearly open, lights on and I saw someone walk down the hallway, but when I went to open the door it was locked. Even after knocking no one came so I was forced to use the app. Once in the app, it told me the equipment I reserved was not available even though I could see it parked right next to me. I had to call the 800 number because no one was in the office. Then we weren't even able to get the 15 foot even though it was there. Very frustrating that no one was available and the truck I reserved days in advance I couldn't even get.
