The dolly was not in the rental as requested. The quote i received was way higher than I paid. I will probably go with rent a car next time.

Location is in a terrible area and the person rented from was no help and when ever you called him he would be hollering in the back ground and talking to someone else.

Tell the man not smell like a drunk . He had to much to drink. You don't do business like that and I was told that the money would not come off of my debit card till I brought the truck back.it was taken out immediately. Before I picked the truck up . Will never do business with him ever.

Make sure someone is at the facility to rent equipment in a timely manner and also make sure equipment is in working condition.

Nothing! The service was great. It was so easy, simple and fast. Very nice people! Every aspect of renting a U Haul to make my move was so very easy, nice and kind of fun! There are great people to do business with! 5 STARS!!!!

It was convenient for us, I didn’t get the guys name but he was very flexible, we picked up and dropped off no problem and at a reasonable price. Now I know where to go when I need a uhaul
