Only down side is u-haul site we showing available to pick up on Saturday morning, but location called to mentionned they were closed on Saturday. We were able to work a solution, but it was still last minutes and outside of what website and reservatio were showing

Dolly and pads weren't on the truck, it was reported but no action was taken, but I did have to pay for them. The truck was dirty.

She had not received the information on our drop off (we, on our side, got a sms giving us the address for the drop off) but was gonna do everything in her power to close de rental easyly. We gave her our information and we left. Soon later, we received the final invoice by email.
