Uhaul should be dropped off at a Uhaul lot, not a hardware store. Also, I showed the attendant that the gas upon pick up was 50% lower that marked on my paper. He marked it down but I still got charged. He even gave me a number to call to complain and dispute it because he knows that is Uhauls practice even though he made the correction. That is terrible customer service on Corporate's part. I will think twice before using Uhaul again.

I wouldn't have went outthere but it was the only place in the area that had what I needed available. Now it's my preferred location, great small town hardware shop staff. And the pizza place next door (same owner) is an absolute gem! If anyone ever mentions uhaul I will recommend the Washoe Valley.
