Location was fine. Trucks do not seem.to be well cared for or maintained. I had to clean the cab and sweep out the box before I used it

Rented two trucks over two different weekends (one truck per weekend). First weekend went great. Second weekend, truck wasn't clean, even though I selected i needed no additional items and told I didn't need hand cart or blankets both in person and in app ( we didn't use either and they were still attached with their zip ties when returned) we were charged for both on second trip, plus we were charged considerably more on second rental despite being a smaller truck and 1 day less. Not impressed....

Everyone was professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions I had. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I truly appreciate the smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable moving services.
