As far as dealing with a business this place with top notch hard find places like this anymore definitely will use this business location again could not have been a better experienceof been a better experience

GEORGE HI dropped off the U-Haul after hours. Found the key drop box very easily. Definitely has room to pull in and park.
AMY MReserved the Uhaul online opted out of the insurance because it was just a quick trip. Owner charged for insurance without asking if I wanted to add it. Just decided to eat the cost and go to the other provider across town if needed. Beyond that Van was clean and pick up and drop off was easy.

DEAN TPickup location scheduled me a drop off location 125 miles from my destination . While I was picking up the U-Haul I told him where there was a drop location near by and his exact words were “it doesn’t work that way you tell me where your destination is and the computer finds the drop location “ I had to call haul customer service from my destination and change my drop off to the one I told the guy about already it was less than 1 mile away customer service was very helpful but the whole experience was off putting because of Kutsel 322 auto …my destination was Belvidere,NJ and drop off was originally scheduled for Absecon ,NJ
JOHN GTake customer out to the truck when they pick it up and both look at the gas gauge , Then when they return it both go out and look at it again. When I picked it up, he never went out with me to look at it . we took a picture of it before we left, when we returned it, we put it right back to where it was . Then I went in he never went out looked at the gas cage just told me I’m good to go later on my credit card statement it showed they had to put five gallons of gas in at over five dollars a gallon came out to $26 something , I would never rent again.
gary tI was supposed to drop my rental off at 6pm, but when I got to this location they were already closed. Called the Uhaul number on the building and left a voicemail. No return call. Was stuck dropping this trailer off myself with no help. The trailer was very heavy and was almost too much for me to lift the tongue off my hitch. If I were an older person I would have been stuck there.
Andrew Othe inside of the windshield and the driver's window need cleaned, there is a film on both. the gas tank was at 3/4 full, it would have been simpler if the tank was full.
Patricia HQuick and easy. Owner was pleasant(which is a welcomed change from most customer service people). Would definitely rent there again.

Tim BAt the time of pick-up, I informed the nice gentleman who checked me in that I would be returning the trailer later that same day. When I went back to return the trailer, the access path back to the trailer drop lot, as well as the outbound path, were blocked with rental trucks. To make a long story shorter, I ended up with my truck and the front of the trailer plastered with frozen mud after sinking numerous times in snow and mud. It cost me $37 at a carwash after leaving there to get all the mud off before it froze on even worse. Was pretty frustrating and disappointing considering they knew I was returning later that day and yet, they blocked the path back to the trailers.

Advantaclean CKey did not work on the doors. I could start the truck just fine but the key would not lock or unlock either door. They key for pad lock didn't work either.
Aaron FWe had to hook up our own trailer because the guy wouldn't go out in the rain. He said he would give us a discount but instead added $16 tow insurance that I didn't want or need.
Tim MCustomer service rep and dealer Bob was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He made this stressful process for me very simple, and was extremely accommodating to my time schedule. I have no suggestions for improving customer service at this location.
