PASCUA CTruck was filthy and smelled like pee.. made my reservation a couple weeks in advance and the equipment I needed was not available when I arrived.. furniture particular was vital and they did not have it. I had to drive the truck around to find another one at another location and doubling my overall cost of the rental. Unacceptable.
Christopher DJason at Kwik Kar was very professional and helpful. He contacted us when the cargo van became available a day earlier and this helped us greatly to load the van sress-free. Thanks so much Jason. In addition, the facility was very clean, unlike another one that we had visited.

Derik HI turned my uhaul in on time and then got calls for the next few hours reminding me to return the truck because other people were waiting, when I talked to the man in the building and he took my Uhaul keys… the customer service agent I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude.
Dayna MHad to wait 15 minutes to pick up Uhaul. Key stuck to turn on ignition but worked fine on doors. Besides that everything else was great.

Another customer came in and left because he was getting no service (the 2 workers were out fixing cars leaving no one behind the desk).

Carlos BWindow defrost did not work well during icing weather. Bottom 1/2 of windshield maintained a clearer sightline if the cab temp was extremely hot. Top half, the sight line portion, was frozen over for the entire time of the rental. Resulting in the windshield wipers being virtually ineffective. Resulted in difficulty watching the road and traffic.

ROBERT WWhen I arrived the furniture dollies I ordered and Prepaid for were not available. I was told to go to another store to get them. When I drove to the other store the manager was rude and instructed me I would need to reserve them again and pay for them again. The price was more than the first time I ordered them. It delayed my start and the manager of the store was not kind.

Brett MNo comments. Just a question about fuel. I received 7/8 full and I returned the truck 8/8. The difference does not hurt me at all. I am just wondering what might happens because if this is the opposite I would be charged.
Jun HThe truck had mechanical issues the transmission kept slipping and the engine would rev high at times when it did. There was a dolly in the back of the truck already that I didn’t order. When I went to return the truck your system said that I had never placed an order for it.
Darrin BThe service at the location was good. Easy transition. But the truck had been smoked in, the smell was a lot, that is why I have rated things low. Additionally, the transmission kept slipping, I was worried the truck was going to die, I’m glad it made it back in one peace.

Balamurugan BI have rentled vehicles from uhual many times and this location does not meet the uhaul standards. I had a 9am reservation set up, arrived and did the online check in. I proceeded to the office to inform the attendant and was told to have a seat and wait. I informed the attendant I was not there for an oil change or to get a vehicle service, I was just there to pick up a uhual and had already done the online check in. Still I was told to hang around and wait, it seemed no one at this location knew what to do about the uhual rentals. 20-30 minutes later I asked again, one attendant tells me they are short handed and I have to wait, by this time it’s already close to 9:45am. At this point I am very upset since I had a 9am reservation and had already done the online check in and just needed to pick up keys, the attendant tells me that the guy that normally handles the rentals is down stairs busy and that he doesn’t know how to and that I have to wait. After multiple run around a I finally get the keys, I had paid for a dolly which I had to go hunting for since there was no one to help and I did not want to wait any longer. Vehicle had only 1/4 tank so I had to pump gas before I even got on the highway. Next time I will just do my self a favor and drive to an actual uhual location to avoid this issue.
