The cup holder in the cab, and the floor around it was sticky from a spill of coffee or soda. Some had gotten on the jump seat in the middle, as well. I had to clean it before we could use it. I also had a problem uploading all the pre-use pictures onto the website. The website quit on me. I took pictures anyway, and have them if anyone tries to blame anything on us. I do want to say that the person working at this location was friendly and helpful.

It was a little confusing that the convenience store calls the U-Haul rep. The U-Haul representative was great and professional.
Richard NIt seem way to far for drop off location, and tbh idk why it was recommended to drive an hour away, when I came to find a uhaul a few miles from where I needed to bring my stuff. I would have saved more money. And I wouldn't have gone over the allowed mileage. The drop off location was 60 miles away, and by the time I got there it was over 30+ miles over the allow mileage. Not to mention it was in the bad part of Knoxville.
