It took an hour for me to even check in. Thankfully we had a operator Adeliea that was being patient through the process. I ended up having to download the app. Then once we had gotten through that process, trying to get the lock off was very hard. Im not sure if it was a problem with the lock or what. We finally got it open.

This place is horrible! I dropped truck off early while they were open, with 1/3 of a tank of gas. The worker showed me where to park it and said "your good". I asked for some paperwork, he responded "no papers, your good." I felt uncomforable with his response and took some pictures of the truck in the parking lot, I could get in the truck because I had already locked it. I get a text the next day from uhaul that I had not returned truck. I called immediately and they contacted the kwik sak. The next morning I get $176.12 charge for 2 day late fee and 66.12 fuel charge. Uhaul refunded me the late fee but we're unable to refund fuel charges. We have had great dealing with uhaul in the past but this company is a terrible representative for your company.

I’ve never rented a U-Haul doing this process without going into an actual building and speaking with someone in person to reserve a truck. This was an easy process and when I did have some trouble customer service was available to assist. The truck was very clean, smelled brand new. And the gas was great having traveled an hour away to where I was moving. Being able to drop it off in my new city was so convenient! I would definitely do this again! Great job U-Haul with the business service upgrade!
