Horrible service. Took 50 minutes to get a car. Even with online reservation where I put even driving license. He's been to busy serving his register and selling lottery tickets and kept ignoring U-Haul service. I've been trying to get his attention but been ignored. That store should not have U-Haul service. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Attendant couldn't communicate clearly, kept asking us for the â€œphone number for mr. Georgeâ€ then finally handed over the key when U-Haul called her. THEN. There was a homeless man living in the back of the truck that we had to evict. Wish I was joking... Regarding drop-off, the site I selected online was â€œnot availableâ€ so my options were to drive an hour back to the place I picked it up or pay an additional $50 to drop it off locally. Had trouble getting the key from the agent after I was fully checked in from the mobile app. I had to get on the phone with the regional manager and a rep from uhaul corporate. The process took about 30 minutes when al I was supposed to do was pick up the key and go.DOUG S.

As horrendous as my experience was getting the U-Haul, it was even worse dropping it off. This was a Kwik Stop gas station in a sketchy part of town, where I probably should have had on some kind of kevlar, and the dude working the counter didn't even know they used U-Hauls. He wouldn't let me return it because the owner wasn't there, so I just left the damn thing there. He wouldn't accept the keys so I had to drive back the next day just to give him the keys. I can't even make this shit up. It was utterly rediculous.Mark S.

Well where to begin!!! First the place where we rented the trailer couldn't help me remove a ball off of a hitch that was purchased from there for $30. Second it took her 45 min to write up the paperwork. On the return my 7month pregnant wife went to the â€œKwik Stopâ€ to return the trailer and the Condescending asshole (excuse my language) that works there trated her like crap and would not help her remove the trailer of the truck! She calls me in tears after he simply said he was not helping her and for her to figure it out! So she had to wait for a CUSTOMER To help her remove it. It's taking a lot for me to not drive Over there and see if he would talk like that to me! I am sorry but i will never u haul again and will tell everyone I know not to use you.Raul C.
