I recently rented a U-Haul from this location, and communication was difficult because the staff member assisting me did not speak English, which made the process take longer than usual. The main issue was that when I returned the truck, the assistant incorrectly marked it as returned empty even though it had originally been rented to me with a full tank and I returned it properly. Because of that mistake, I was charged $157 instead of my actual $79 rate. I contacted U-Haul customer service, and they confirmed the error and refunded the extra charge.
