It looks as if I was charged for more than the 1 day's usage???
THOMAS BIt would have been nice if someone had offered to assist us with disconnecting the trailer and situating it. I am 67 and my husband is 80. We were able to do it but it was somewhat difficult. I recognize U-Haul rental isn’t their primary business but nonetheless it would have been helpful.
LESLIE HThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The Auto transporter was ready to go, and I was assisted in getting it hooked up.
Thomas ABetter Dollys those little ones are ruff. Everything else was great though.
JESSE RWe had reserved a 26' truck for mobile pickup. The lock was on backwards and the code did not work. Calledd uhaul and they sent a field manager out. He could not open the lock. UHaul rep referred us to a puckup 35 miles away, but would not give us credit for the additional miles or the 5 hour lost time.
Micah EYes this was a very good U-Haul business. However I was suppose to pick up in Madisonville TN where originally it was reserved When moving the closes is always better.

Glenn DMy husband pulled his back out hooking up the trailer because (apparently) Jacks are not provided...we had a 6x12 enclosed trailer. His 4 hour drive was miserable. Thanks for (not) helping to attach the trailer to my hitch.
linda gInside and outside of the truck was very dirty. The location I chose online, which was closer to me, did not have the truck. So I was sent to a location further away. When they called they said additional mileage would be added along with an extra day at no additional charge. They were not and it made the return more of a hassle. The people at UHaul on Hixson Pike in Chattanooga where I returned the truck were helpful.

Michelle SAC stopped after 15 min.!! When we arrived at our destination an HOUR later, it was stifling!! My partner fortunately is a mechanic. He checked the fuses and relays. He decided to use a different relay switch and it solved the problem. If he hadn't been able to fix it, we would have insisted on a significant discount! Outside temp, was high 90's!!
Suzanne Hcustomer service rep was more concerned with getting finished so he could go handle his own life. He acted like it was inconvenient for him to be there. Then he told me it was $100.00 deposit for trailer and only put $75.00 on receipt. yet he took $100.00 in cash from me for the deposit. I did not look because i figured he was a uhaul rep I could trust him. When I called to complain rep was not there and the guy, I spoke to said he would have to call AFM because he didn't see how he could refund the rest of my money.
Karen AThe furniture pads I ordered and paid for were not on the truck so I had to get them from another location the next day before the movers got there. Very inconvenient.

GLEN OI was not able to find the location on Google maps and the original address brought me to another location. The Google maps need to be updated and Signage needs to be around or on the building.
Daniel BTruck was filthy and smelled, I spent the first couple hours of the rental cleaning it. Beer cans and food garbage in the cab, unknown liquid in the drink holders - red dirt, parts and debris in van box.
