Truck/ Van was ready and available on time, the associate was very accommodating and provided 2 free pads in my order the estimate for services was within 1 mile of estimate. Drop off and final invoice was completed immediately on return very satisfied and would recommend their services
Russ WWorst experience ever. We were left stranded, next to a boarded up warehouse with broken out windows for over an hour. Employee said he was coming, was 5 min away, was right there, over and over. He lied! He lied to U-Haul rep as well. Never use them!
