benito gOverall it’s been twice that I got a U-Haul and twice I’ve had issues after returning the U-Haul. It seems most of the places don’t even track the returns and are here trying to charge or accuse customers of not returning

FARES BAt pick up and drop off the person in the store was not responsive at all. I said"hello" to the woman when we picked up multiple times and she was too busy looking at her phone to even respond. When we dropped off, the woman appeared to be sleeping and had her head down. She never spoke a word either. The cab of the truck was dirty as well. The man who finally came with the key was very nice and helpful but the rest of the experience was poor.

Jeffrey DI rented this U-Haul and was charged 29$ after only driving 6 miles I added 10 of gas and returned the vehicle. Hours later I get a second charge of 33$. I callled and questions staff but was instructed to contact U-Haul directly days had passed both payment have posted and I have yet to get any answer. Then

Thair ZI returned my equipment after 2 hours and only put 6 miles on it . Looked at my receipt to notice it says returned at 6:52 pm when I returned it by 3:30 . Was charged $8 for fuel when I had already stuck 20 in it and had it back at half tank when returned. Store owner then hoped in and drove away with truck after I started walking away. Will never refer to any1 after these extra charges that were added .

The truck needed was requesting oil change and feelt really heavy when braking, plus we are being overcharge for 17 miles we did not use, I posted the pictures of the before the pick up milage and after and they ended up overcharging and I'am still disputing, $40 plus dollars we are being overcharge

Omar BTruck smelled weird. Whenever you put the air on it sent a strong coolant smell. The odometer was bugged. You drive a mile it registered 3. I'm paying by the mile and that's unacceptable. Like worst uhaul experience I've ever had.

Antonio DWe had a great experience when we rented a U-Haul in December. This time was an absolute nightmare. We booked the 20’ truck to move our things a short distance from where we were storing our things to our new apartment. My husband received a call from U-Haul saying we could save money by picking up in another location and that we would have the same truck. When he arrived to pick up the truck at this location, they did NOT have the truck as promised and suddenly our charges tripled! The truck we were given was much smaller, in bad condition and dirty. The woman he spoke with was rude and did not seem to care about the massive screw up on their part. We will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

Kathleen Rcalculated more miles than the ones I traveled
AMABLE PThe procedure to get the truck was complicated and long. I was only able to get a 10 ft when I reserved a 15 ft over a month ahead. The can of the truck smelled like an ashtray and the floor of the back where we packed everything was muddy. The truck had only a quarter tank of gas so we stopped to put more in. The sensor for the gas tank would only let us put in about half a gallon at a time which is probably why the previous renter left only a quarter tank. We are very disappointed in the condition of the vehicle and the whole experience was a hassle. I hope U-Haul will take care of their customers better in the future or I will not be using your services again.
Joan RClean the vehicle before the next customer, fill the tank (I was driving on an eighth of a tank), and have the parking lot be easier to enter/exit by removing/reparking a few other vehicles.

Yves-marie CNothing against UHaul, the van was satisfactory and as expected, but the place I got it from was pretty lousy. I checked out through the app for faster checkout, but when I went inside to get the key, I still had to wait in line even though the app said I didn’t have to, as the lady at the desk continued to check people out for groceries. When it was my turn, she was looking in the system for my reservation, talking to her friend, rang out a customer, looked in the system again, talked to her friend again, rang someone out again, and it felt like a long time before I got the key. Then when I went to get the van, it was LITERALLY parked in by other UHauls that the door could hardly open, forcing me to squeeze in. Then when I was done, someone parked a UHaul directly in front of the lots rear exit, forcing me to backup out of the lots front entrance the whole way through. Definitely not going back there…
