Easy access to the facility. Clean , well maintained, truck that ran perfectly. I had a problem with my reservation but they communicated well and fixed the issue.

STEVEN LI happened to have an Oregon drivers license but obviously renting in Colorado - never had to submit names and numbers for two friends they could call to confirm….took longer than necessary to be able to drive away with the truck.

CLAY MWas not the cleanest store and did not look organized. The trailer was not clean on the inside or outside. It served the purpose. The gentleman was rude and not the best at giving directions when picking up the trailer. The woman was very good at the drop off and pleasant.
Francis KStaff very friendly and observant. They noted that I should really look into replacing my tires (already ordered, and arriving shortly). They also called me back to ask about the furniture blankets which were «not returned » with my trailer. I told them about not receiving them from the pickup location. They were kind enough not to charge me the fee for not returning the blankets that I did not receive.

RYAN SThe staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rental truck had some functional problems. There was heavy tire vibration at about 40 mph and the headlights were too dim and they were not aligned correctly. The headlights were aimed to the right rather than center. This was a big problem driving through the canyon at night on Hwy 24 between Manitou Springs and Green Mountain Falls, Colorado. Lastly, the truck seems to be rear wheel drive and without winter tires. This is a bad idea in a snowy mountain town at 8,500 feet in elevation. I had to try three times to get up my driveway because of the tires and lack of 4 wheel drive. The trucks should be equipped for the season and high altitude location in Colorado.

Thomas BI've rented equipment twice from this location and it's gone well both times. The last time I was in a hurry to roll with the equipment because I had 3 friends coming to help me load the truck. He sped everything up for me and got me out of there quickly. I would definitely recommend this location. Drove a truck and a car transport 1500 miles in two and a half days, no issues, no breakdowns, all good.
Dave NThe location was closed (Saturday at 5pm) and the parking lot was packed with other trailers. I had a challenging time to navigate my trailer in the parking lot. The location is not very level, and we had to find rocks to chock the trailer from rolling away.

raul rJeff gave great customer service as did the lady that we picked the Uhaul up from. However, I am very disappointed in Shawn (the owner) because we only drove the Uhaul a total of 5 miles and paid $21to fill the Uhaul back up to full. We did not use over 5 gallons of gas to travel 5 miles. The owner did not try and make it right. Instead, , he tried to blame us by saying we “overfilled” the gas which we did not!
Jacob RWe reserved a 20-foot truck approximately 5 days prior to pick-up. U-Haul called us the day before our pick-up date for the 20-foot truck and told us that the truck was not available at the location we had chosen. U-Haul informed us that we would have to travel approximately 50 miles to another location to pick-up our 20-foot truck. Understand, this location would require us to travel over a mountain pass in Colorado and pick-up the truck in a very busy location. We were informed by the U-Haul customer service dept. that U-Haul has a policy that only requires them to inform us 24 hours or less of a problem, and if contact in not made, leave a message. U-Haul management needs to be congratulated on their draconian reservation policy. It is a true pleasure to monetarily pay a U.S. Company and be penalized by being compliant with their reservation rules. I think I would rather have a "lower GI" by Dr. Ramrod then rent another piece of equipment from U-Haul!!
BRUCE GI reserved a box truck on line. When I arrived to pick up the truck Jolene was there to help with paperwork. She was very cheerful and did her job well. No improvements needed with Jolene on duty. Thanks steve
