The vehicle was not cleaned and snow was not removed. There was debris in the cargo area. There was noone at the pickup location when I arrived for the vehicle and received it 30 minutes past scheduled pickup. Staff at the pickup location was not properly trained on procedures.

The guy was new (I won't use his name) and I was a great customer, I knew he was learning the system. He did well and it took a little while longer. But working with him made a good connection. When I needed to take photos of the truck my data wouldn't work so he came out with me and I used his phone as a hotspot. I find we get better results when working with each other.
