No problem with the location at all. The issue is with the truck. I have a CDL and have driven every semi across this beautiful country, and I have never been in one that was ad loud as this 20' box truck. I have no idea what's wrong with the truck, but you couldn't hear your passenger unless they were screaming. Thankfully we only had a 2 hour trip if this was a cross country move it would have been unbearable.

David RReturning equipment via the app is lengthy for no good reason. I never go the final step to complete , I have a screenshot. My check in apparently is completed per my rental history as it show completed with the amount charged. I have my own set of photos showing the equipment clean and at Lake Ozark Self Storage.
Jason KEasy to complete rental contract! Equipt was clean; continue to make it presentable to the customer needing it! Maybe have manufacturer to install stronger D rings in corners of floor to accommodate items line Motorcycles etc!!! 😊😉
