Directions are not correct. I was told one price but charged a different price. I asked for 2 dollys and was charged for 2 utility dollies. I returned the vehicle and still have jot been refunded my money. Not happy with that.

GLYNIS RPick up location was good. However, your site, app and customer service reps that answer calls directly for U-Haul are below average. I could not get help I needed and was routed to several ppl where the last one had an attitude. I had to go online, cancel my reservations and re reserve and the process took me over an hour. So I was unable to move at desired time. When attempting to unload the truck, a bad storm came and I called and spoke with a manager to let them know I could not clear the truck out drive it back on time because it was unsafe due to extreme weather conditions. I was informed that it was not uhauls problem and I would be charged another day. Heartless! So I ruined belongings unloading in the pouring rain while it was lightening and drove the truck feeling very unsafe in such weather condition. I am very disappointed in this company’s lack of compassion and consideration for my safety and personal belongings.
Pamela MThere is absolutely zero allowance for additional miles. The mileage just seems to be from one dealership to the next. If you have to drive to your house, sorry for you if you live live off the direct path from pick up location to drop off location. There’s no allowance for this. The mileage allotted to me was 151 miles. Because I was able to find a closer drop off location that was not listed on your website, I saved myself 12 miles. This part of your price calculation is an error.
Nic SI arrived at the business at 9:30 A.M. they were to suppose to be open at 9:00 A.M. I had to park the tow trailer beside the fenced in area by the road. I took pictures of the trailer unhooked from my truck and close up pictures in case there was a problem that would arrive in the future.
JOE SI reserved a dolly and 1/2 dozen moving blankets. When I picked up the trailer I got 5 miles down the road and realized I did not get either the dolly or the blankets. I went back to the store only to be told that they didn’t have either item despite me reserving them and already paying for them. The uhaul rep asked if I really needed the items and then sent me to another store 10 miles up the road in the opposite direction I was traveling and said they will have the dolly and blankets. I drove directly there and they didn’t have anything of the items either. Long story short, confirm they have any supplies you may need before making your reservation. I was refunded the cost of the dolly and blankets though without trouble.
