Jon DSpring Mountain Realty PLLC 229 Main St Bean Station, TN 37708 This was the original pick up location. They were rude and not helpful. They would not help us at all. The truck that we had reserved had no key. We had to transfer reservation to another location which cost a couple of hours. Would not recommend this location.

Alan Boriginal pick up was at a realty office. They were NOT open. The contact person listed on the door was out to lunch and said the person that handles the U-Haul trailers was on vacation. We went to another location to get a trailer. That location was on Lake Shore Drive, Bean Station TN, and they were very helpful.
Jo DThe truck we picked up from this location broke down on the interstate. I thought that trucks would be inspected between rental arrangements but that does not seem to be the case. Inspect the vehicles for mechanical issues. Experiencing a truck breaking down was very stressful. Waiting 7-8 hours for a resolution for the broken-down truck was incredibly stressful. Transloading a truck and not having moving assistance arranged by UHAUL until 2:00pm the day following the truck breakdown was beyond stressful. I realize this site above only had responsibility for the truck. The customer service of UHAUL overall needs improvement.

She didn’t have a truck small enough for us, she understood our situation and sent us to a place nearby with the size truck we needed. We had zero issues getting the truck.

Andres VSales associate was incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, truck smelled like smoke and had a cracked windshield. Would have been a much more enjoyable trip with cruise control. Next time I will confirm whether or not the Uhaul has it before I rent.
