Trinity EStop treating customers like crap Stop overcharging customers Have a system in place that works and is user friendly It is irritating when you call uhaul and the people you talk with can't assist you because they are ignorant to the system or not informed or knowledgeable of the process And Dan Smiel is a jerk a liar and has caused my last 2 rentals to he a nightmare So I will not recommend nor use Uhaul again I will use another truck company services I have only rented Uhaul equipment for years Good Bye
JAMES BI used less than 10.miles on it as i only used it to move some couches a few blocks and have been charged gir 298 miles 219.72 dollars after I returned the key after my initial 55 dollars,I have to wait until they open as I am beyond upset.

Ernest KUhual cab was dirty, floor was very dirty and crumbs were on the seats. Right mirror kept folding in WHILE DRIVING making it very difficult and honestly unsafe to drive.
CONNOR WWhen on the phone I requested to pick up my truck in Green Bay. Because Green Bay was outside of the regional area he would not find me a location to pick up. This is poor customer service

Jeffery LEverything was going fine until I had to leave my uhaul unattended and I put the lock they give you onto it, and then when I returned, I put the code in and it would not unlock, and i tried that for a good hour as i was trying to get ahold of uhaul. as i finally got ahold of them, nearly two hours later. they told me to try the code again, lol. and then tried to explain as if i wasn’t doing it right. then they gave me a new code to try, also did not work. then they just proceeded to try to tell me nothing. and then i brought up how since i had to wait and because of this issue, i should get a day free. they agreed. then they told me that i can take an equipment tool to remove the padlock, as if i had one of them. so i needed to find someone that had one of those. that took a few hours, and i had work. by that time, they couldn’t come until morning and then i got a message saying that the vehicle was going to be reported stolen. and on top of it all, when i did return it with their burned off lock, they try charging me nearly $150 :’) love that. so, with that being said, 1/2 a star rating from me, and I will not be using uhaul anytime in the near future.
