Random guy approached me in the parking lot not uhaul gear on and takes the key. Didn’t know if he worked there or was steeling it. I took a photo of him and made sure he worked there. Super weird encounter,

Uhaul was dirty and all my equipment was missing

Only one truck. It had wrong tag#. It was dirty inside and out. Wrong lock code to get in. They charged me for appliance dolly but only had utility dolly. Was told I had 348 miles And only drove 308 and got charged an additional $10. Told the employee at drop off our issues and they laughed and didn’t offer anything. Was told storage free for a month they had no record. But we got storage.
