Trailer had not been cleaned by previous user. There was a spot (about one foot in diameter) of mud on the floor inside, which the associate cleaned up upon discovery. I did not get inside the trailer at the pickup location, but once I got to our loading place, I noticed there was also what appeared to be rice and coffee grounds along the inside perimeter of the trailer, as well as some broken glass.

I had a blowout on my tire, and I called U-haul, they instructed what to do and that tire was fixed very quickly by road side service. They provided a extra day due to me having to delay unloading. MY EXPERIENCE WAS PERFECT.

The woman who assisted us in the office was very kind and patient, especially with us forgetting that the office was located in the Eastern Time-zone, so we were an hour behind our scheduled pickup time.

When you reserve equipment weeks in advance and then the day before your contacted that equipment is not available and you have to go 30 miles out of way to pick up equipment You shouldn't have to do that

She was fabulous to return the extra key I had from having the first truck I rented towed from the parking lot we held it. I had to rent a second truck and the stress of moving two 87 year olds was a lot. She was great!!

Have an employee at the office when the office is supposed to open. Both days we were there at 9am and the first day, the employee didn’t show up until 0925. The drop off day we were there at 9am, had trouble finding the drop box and left at 0910 and she still had not arrived. Makes me think her reason for being late the first day was a lie. She is just always late. Maybe change the office hours to 0930 opening to accommodate the employee.

My wife and i have used the lakewood location in phenix city twice within the past 3 weeks and the young lady that helped us out was very kind to us and we want to thank the lakewood location for having the young lady that assisted me and my wife with our uhaul on both times we rented… thank you very much highly recommend her service…

Dropped off the truck and they were closed. Couldn't find a key drop box so came back the next day and they were out of the office. Came back and hour later when they said they would be back and no one was there. Came back again and still no one was around. Then I got charged an extra day for the truck because I still had the keys since I tried to drop them off four times and no one was around and no where secure to leave them. Next time I will just leave them in the ignition and take a picture of the truck in the spot so if it gets stolen I can't be blamed.

If your in need of a storage unit then this is the place. Great staff. Customer service is also great. The price of units meets all standards if not cheaper than surrounding areas. I rented 2 units for a year and a half. Payment was automatically taken from my bank account which made it easy to keep up with. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Storage place is clean and nice no problems with them at all. However be careful when using webselfstorage.com, they charge your card 6.95 and hold it hostage until you do feedback. Just go in.
