I had to upload my license several times and not sure why. I also had issues with piccolo as it was verifying info which it should have already done. This made me late for moving time. The gentleman inside was helpful to get me checked in so I could be in my way. Truck smell like cigarettes so coughed entire move.

Charlene JDrove the rental truck 8 miles (eight!). When I checked the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged $60.00 (sixty dollars) for using at the most 1(one) gallon of gas. I will not be recommending the U-haul company to anyone I know. I will also NOT be using your company again. The fuel tank was below 1/4 when I left with truck. Keep your truck.

It's been a while since I rented from U Haul and it was so refreshing to register online and have the vehicle ready when i got to the pickup location. It was so much better that the process before when the wait to actually get a vehicle took so long.
James SI dont know if this person made a mistake when entering the dropoff location. I told him Elite storage this afternoon I got a call from the detail shop saying I was supposed to drop truck off there and getting charged 5 hr late fee, as my phone service is messed up I actually drove to where I dropped the truck off. The guy there was understanding i was pretty upset by the rudeness of your rep at the detail shop and unfortunately your rel at Elite storage got the worst of it I do hope you discus with the people at the detail shop the correct way to handle customers. If it were not for your rep at Elite I would never use Uhaul again. I will never rent anything from the detail shop so I hope I would be able to at Elite.
Albert EI was overcharged and charged a late payment even though I gave my credit card information at the time of rental. I then contested the charges and have never heard back from anyone. Please email me back concerning this rental. I am very disappointed in the charges even though the rental location person was very nice.

Michael UI had opted for insurance and was told at pick up that what I chose was incorrect and that it would be more $$. We didn't take it. After numerous calls to U-Haul to find out what the story was on this, found out that because we picked up the trailer earlier than the time we had scheduled they were charging us for another day. The only reason we picked up earlier was because they were closing b4 our pickup time. Then, if we wanted to get the insurance, we had to go back, but they were closed. They didn't even check on the hookup.
Kenneth MThough I reserved truck online and uploaded front/back of Driver's License and provided Bank card info, representative at pick up location/ Benji, insisted that the info wasn't on file- only the reservation came through on his end. I was charged a "Safemove" fee of $14 which I never agreed to.
