The location was fine but it was way out of my way. I did not select this location for pickup. U-Haul changed the pickup location without my consent. This was ridiculous.

Truck inside was dirty it was covered in dried mud and dust definitely wasn’t cleaned in between use. Although I can get over that dirt isn’t going to hurt anyone. What made this a bad experience is that the app skipped over the entire part of me getting the keys for the truck and went straight to returning the truck. I had to call and use the chat at the same time to get an answer. After staying on the phone standing in the rain for half an hour to get some help. Then being transferred and left on hold for 20 more minutes, someone finally answered the chat and helped me. The lady that chatted with me was nice and it wasn’t her fault this happened. So annoying after watching the video and reading everything so I knew how to get the truck through the app then it being pointless because the app didn’t even work. It set my family behind on moving and was just a bad experience overall.

Charged 25.00 cleaning charge when I had only moved a bed, dresser and chair. I swept it even though it did not need it. I Returned it with more gas then what I started with and only used it for 1 1/2 hours. This is not acceptable and want my money returned ASAP. Not happy....

We and set up to pick up the truck through our phone and when that didn't work and we were having issues the gentleman inside was awesome and got us in and out with no issues. He was very friendly and made sure we were good before leaving

I dropped off the truck at this location. However, I picked up the truck from this location in San Antonio Texas on August 31, 2023; and while driving and heading home, along Missouri (on September 1, 2023) the U-Haul tire went flat and started swinging my car which resulted in a bad car accident that almost took my life - my car was totaled and many of my household goods damaged.

My rental agreement (Contract # 24256213) was charged an additional $7.00 after I returned the truck for the Dolly inside the truck that I never ask for and I never unscrewed or used. I never unlocked it or took it out of the truck. I was in full possession of the truck and no one else. Also, Upon entering my code CORRECTLY into the lockbox to retrieve by truck rental key, the lockbox did not initially open until I tried several times. The lock is defective.

The truck was beat up. Was double charged rate and insurance for being 20 minutes late. Charged a cleaning fee because I could not take pictures in a rainstorm to confirm. The mobile return for this location sucks. no attendant to help onsite. Probably will never use UHaul again
