Your registration system sucks tough... Poor driver id capabilities in a non urban area 45 minutes of waiting over the phone for approval.. If I'm a preferred customer, why not treat me as such.. and have fast validation... Thank You

Location is atypical at a house/farm and in the middle of the country, but service was great, owners offered good service and were helpful in the rental. Would rent again.

Hardly appeared as a usual drop off location for U Haul but served its purpose and he was very accommodating. I was immediately charged for extra gas once we finally found the location yet since we returned it a day earlier we were not given that expense back.

This place is awful. the equipment is in the field. Actually my wife didn't want to get out of the car because the house was creepy! It took me almost an hour to get the equipment because he couldn't get any internet!

The contact phone number was not in service, there was nobody AT this location, spent 45 minutes on hold trying to contact someone to let them know the trailer had been returned.

Best experience I could have asked for, didn’t have to do anything to get the trailer on my car. Super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back even if there’s one closer

there was a lot of mud in the parking everywhere, it was hard to get to the door. not nice.
