When, reaching the truck, we discovered that the gas mileage wasn't the same as he contract indicated. So we placed gas in the vehicle after 7 miles. I was totally shock by the incorrect about of mileage per gallon which is about 8 miles a gallon. So we had a little over a gallon of gas in the vehicle. Also, when we could not get the tailgate back in place. It was the black man that came out to fix the problem. I can only say that this man who worked on Sunday around 9 am to 3:pm etc. was professional and that along would make me consider telling my 10, 000 followers on Instagram to check out the 9701 Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC.

No improvements to recommend - the staff was friendly and courteous and helped me back the trailer in and unhook it! Me being a 63 year old female I certainly appreciated the extra help! The trailer worked perfectly for our needs on return trip from Disney World. Smooth ride down 95 - overall great choice.

I reserved my truck well in advance. They said that they couldn't guarantee which location I would be picking it up until the day before. We have several locations in Greenville,NC so that did not seem like an issue. However, the day before I found out that the pick up location was in another town. I never dreamed that would be the case.....I had to use the 1-800 number to inquire about this situation.,,,so time consuming on a day that I did not have time to waste....finally talked to a very rude manager that informed me I was lucky to get a u-haul at all. She mentioned the fact that ECU had just finished classes and that there was a shortage due to students moving. I had a reservation and when I made it no one said a word about that...I happen to know that my truck date did not conflict with the ECU move out. All and all I will never choose u-haul again.

Very friendly and helpful. No reflection on the staff, but the truck did leak water into the cargo area on our trip to PA. Heavy rain much of the way. A few items were wet setting on the floor, back half of the truck bed.

the pick up location was fine. it was the experiance with the actual UHAUL rep that I spoke with on the phone that I did not care for. she acted like she had an attitude she spoke way to fast I couldn't even get her name. We had to change my location pick up 3 different times and said the reason was because of the storm damage Hurricane Florence. I'm sorry but I am 200 miles away from where the storm. i made reservation a week in advance and got a call 2 days prior stating my size truck was not available so I went to a smaller truck then i had to change pick up location. the day before i was to pick it up (less that 24 hours) I get another call that I can not pick it up till 4 hours after my requested time which would not work for me so I changed locations again. this was not a very pleasant experiance with UHAUL.

Truck were vert clean. However, door seals on both sides had huge gaps in the top of the frame. You could see light through them. Made for an extremely loud drive.

Friendly, courteous, and well knowledged staff. I did have a hiccup during the last transaction bc I was returning the truck and had to wait for someone to get back to accept the truck and issue my deposit back during office hours but the kindness definitely made up for it. As long as I'm in the surrounding area, they will always be my 1st Choice for uhaul and storage facility.

The pick up location and drop off location were not the problem. The problem is the scheduling department with Uhaul. The SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT sent me to 3 different places to get my truck and lied saying called the business to verify to make sure the truck was there but the business said no one called them because they hadn't had az truck since the day before.

retailer was not very friendly, didnt go out to the truck to look at it with us. Had alot of damage to it and the back end was dirty. we had to clean it out before we started. took pictures just to make sure that we didnt get charged for it.

We were suppose to have a truck available for pick up in Rocky Mount but it was not there. We had to drive 25 minutes to pick up another truck after waiting for over an hour to figure out that the truck was not going to be returned. This also meant that to return the truck we had to drive the additional 25 minutes again. This obviously increased the milage we had to pay for and seems very unfair.

I would suggest outside advertisng so that everyone would know that this is a U-Haul rental location there was no outside signage for me to see I had to ask someone local where they were located and I was standing about 60 ft. from it. but the people were great and the service was even better and they have a great dog.

My husband has a prior back injury and failed spinal fusion surgery so he can not hook a trailer. The only person that could help us hook the trailer up was the lady that runs the place. She stated "my husband is in bed because he hurt his back". So my husband counterbalanced the trailer from the rear by standing on the back end. I and the lady from the location placed the trailer onto our hitch ball. During the placing of the trailer on the hitch I felt a pop and pulled a muscle in my back, of which I am still in a lot of pain almost 1 week later. I have had to take pain medication just to function for the past 6 days. I work as a RN and need to be able to not take drugs and still function on my job At a facility like this there should be someone available to help customers when
