The gentleman took over 20min to arrive after we got there to pick up the trailer. Other employees at the location refused to help us and made us wait. Then they didn’t understand the workings of the website for the reservation and refused to take cash for our payment. We contacted customer service in which I had to hand over my phone to the dealer so they could explain to the dealer how to cancel and reset our reservation. The dealer never gave us information over the rental, where to drop off, nothing. No paperwork and they didn’t even help hook up the trailer. We had to find it in the parking lot ourselves, hook it up and make sure we were good to go. Who knows if we got the one we were supposed to. This is after or reservation got moved from two different U-Haul locations and spending 2hrs on the road just to get the trailer. Hands down worst experience I’ve encountered renting absolutely anything in my life. Would take miracle for me to ever rent from U-Haul again

Anthony GThe reservation was complete including drop off location when I made it on Tuesday 6/3/25. The attendant at this location had to start from scratch and added a $25 insurance that I had previously declined in the initial reservation without asking me if I wanted it or not.
