The person who handles U-Haul is not always present and other employees have not been trained to do the paperwork. More than one person should be able to do that.

This location allowed for a contactless drop-off. The process was smooth and the location was convenient.

The reservation was complete including drop off location when I made it on Tuesday 6/3/25. The attendant at this location had to start from scratch and added a $25 insurance that I had previously declined in the initial reservation without asking me if I wanted it or not.
