Mike KTrailer breaks did not work,drivers side tail light and turn signal stopped working first quarter into my trip and I was almost hit by a car when I was trying to switch lanes because of it. Couldn’t open the passenger door after the trip was completed . Seemed like the fender swole up. I was messaged twice to bring it back early yet not offered a partial refund. My check in consisted of being told just to leave it. Nobody checked nor asked me how the car carrier experience was and were there any problems. It was a bad experience as a rental. I would appreciate a partial refund due to so many problems snd I brought it back early

KEYUNA WYou should inform customers that self-check-in must be logged into from Google Chrome not Google. 2 hours waiting to get keys and all sorts of steps...wait 30 minutes on message turned into hour+. Finally got a number through chat to call. Should not be so hard to get help. The woman who helped me was so helpful and very loyal about U-Haul. Hey Pirtal Team...help us all out.
