Inside of U-Haul had a nasty black film that got all over my furniture and anything that was on the floor. It took me an hour at least to wipe everything off after unloading. There is a trail of foot prints in my new garage floor now from the black film. Very very disappointed with the response of the employee and the “manager” over the area who called me yesterday too. The building that you go into to rent the U-Haul may also be the nastiest place I’ve ever been inside. I was told L&S was definitely not a U-Haul place that would have dirty trucks, if you walk into their building you feel like you need to take a shower.

I rented a trailer to haul a queen mattress and a box spring. I had a flat tire and then the uhaul came disconnected from my truck and almost killed me on the highway. It broke the hitch off of my truck.
