The truck was leaking gas, I fill-up. and by the time I reach my destination, it was was almost on empty.

Sheri HThe location was fine and the in store agent very helpful. What was not a good experience was the mobile checkout process. We will never use that again. The system wanted an approved contact at pickup other than myself or my husband. Why were we not warned in advance that we had to furnish another person who would be willing to answer their phone at the crack of dawn on a Saturday morning to vouch for our identities? So ridiculous! Thankfully, the in store agent was able to assist by calling a manager. We also do not like that twice in one month using U-Haul, they rerouted our pickup to a location further away than our chosen reservation facility. Not very customer friendly service at the corporate level. Local pickups and drop off facilities always seem nice, though.
Steve NWe arrived for our 6:00 pickup and the location was closed. A gentleman in the parking lot happened to know the owner of the location so he called him to let him know I was there waiting for him. The owner arrived 30 minutes later. Most importantly the location I originally selected did not have the 15' truck available so I was sent to this location. This location was not convenient for me.
Matthew Ogrumpy old man. Location stated open until 7, was around 4. Had hotel driver follow me. Was shocked man was screaming at us. stated he would have to turn computer on to check us in. Very unprofessional. Was very put out that he had to check a truck in!

He and his staff have excellent communication skills and go the extra mile to keep in close contact with their customers throughout their move. They made my moving experience easy.
