I am very unhappy that after making my reservation a month ahead of time that I was made to drive 1hr round trip away from the requested pickup location to get this trailer all because it was a one way rental. Had I known that I would not have booked with uhaul. I may think twice next time. As for this location the people and site were very nice and presentable.
