CHARLES GThe trailer I rented looked like the oldest unit in your fleet. Well worn, repeatedly abused, needed tires and wiring work as the left tail/brake/turn signal light didn’t work. But the lights of my truck were visible above the trailer so it was legal to be on the road. It pulled straight and steady until the front right tire blew out on the road back to the rental center. My apologies to all of the folks that were enduring the trip down NC 150 behind some guy struggling along at 30 mph with his emergency flashers on pulling a UHaul trailer. 😎
KENNETH RWas told the gas level was at 1/4 tank when in actuality it was almost empty. I had to drive straight to a gas station. No break lights or turn signals- had to call u-haul to get someone out to fix. Lost 1/2 a day due to truck not being safe to drive. Truck smelled like it was used to move livestock. It stunk terribly . I should be refunded. Very disappointed with this service and experience.

LARNETTE FVehicle had over 100k miles on it. Overall in good condition, but just recently rented a Penske truck with very low miles, power windows & cruise for a lot less than my Uhaul was quoted.

Bruce BThe Denver location was a completely disaster due the misinformation from one place hwy 150 to the other so confusing about one way rental or where to drop off. The rental price would have trippled at the Denver location. I am somewhat disappointed because of the missing flexibility of such equipment rentals.

ROBERT IThe location was not the problem. PROCESS was the problem! If the person driving the truck is not the person paying for the move, things like accepting the status if the truck cannot be done remotely. It has to be done on the spot since having the driver stop to fill out a form about cleanliness and mileage is ridiculous!
JIMMY WThe pick up location was changed without consulting me adding an additional 12 miles to my pick up. The total disregard for convenience by Uhaul is unacceptable in this electronic day and age. I purposely scheduled the rental from a location based on close proximity to my residence, only to find out less than 48 hour before my scheduled pick up time that my pick up location was changed due to the original location was going to be closed for vacation. When I tried to resolve this very unfortunate issue, U haul was unwilling to provide any type of remedy other than canceling the rental! The experience was horrible with zero regard for a positive customer experience

Always have to go to farther ones. Why? So uhaul can charge more for mileage. We will never use uhaul again
Michael RGas tank was not full, windshield was dirty, truck needed to be vacuumed, a couple of chips in windshield, person handling transaction not wearing a mask. There was no visual inspection of truck when I picked it up.

brad lThe auto transport i rented had a flat tire. Did not realize it was flat until i loaded the car i was moving. At that point everything was closed in my area to repair the tire. Yes I could have called the road side assistants, but I shouldnt have to had to do that. So I pummped he tire up and put a can of fix a flat in the tire. I will think very hard about renting from uhaul again.

Brian P99 cents per mile is to much. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to pre check in. When I arrived at the store I had to start the check in process all over again. The rep said that I failed to photo the back of my driver's license which I did not do. It was clearly posted when I did it on mobile. After I pay to rent the truck we walked out to the truck to look in the back and was told that if I broke the tags on the dolly and the packing that was attached there I would be charged for that also. Which I tell explain to the lady that I was putting a large box in the back of the U-Haul and it was a possibility they would be broken off if it was too tight but I didn't think it was fair that I was going to be charged for them when I had already rented an appliance dolly. So obviously I was not trying to get something for nothing. Upon renting the truck she failed to go over the operations on the inside of the truck which I had to call to find out about the toe being on because it was making the truck sluggish. I had a really bad experience once I arrived at the location
