Sharon YThey attached my ball to my bumper for bumper pull....the nut fell off, thankfully after I had arrived at my destination...the shank on the ball was probably not long enough..as a 1st time tower I did advise I'm novice..all they had to do was tell me to get a longer length...how scary
MISTY WFor starters find another owner/operator than the current one in Lordsburg. That operator has absolutely no customer/people skills. He is rude, crude, obnoxious and absolutely unprofessional. He treats you like crap and like he is doing you a favor. He has no idea what a customer is. I was completely diappointed for starters that I had to drive 45 miles from Silver City to Lordsburg only to be treated like crap. He doesn't represent UHaul very well. And he doesn't seem to care to. He is miserable and why UHaul has any affiliation wth that jackass is totally incredible. I guess UHaul is too fat to care as long as he delivers the rentals & charges the bill. Way to go UHaul, nice job of doing business with good quality people. You asked so take it for what it is worth. I'm just glad I never have to deal with that guy ever again.
LORENZO HWas charged extra days because no one was there when I dropped off. They did not check me in for three additional days.
MICHAEL MIf something needs improvement I didn’t notice. Will attentive when he was dealing with me. Highly recommended him for my next rental; hopefully it will be with someone like this guy.

Eddie DLocation was a vacant lot with no cell coverage. Had to walk quarter mile down the road to a Pilot Truck stop and purchase Wi-Fi to start the check out process. Then your mobile process looped at the review and accept Terms and Conditions. Had to get rep on the phone who had me download your app to get through enough of the process to get the truck key out of the lockbox. Was not able to upload photos because no cell or internet at the truck location but your rep said she had enough information and we could take the truck. This all took over 2 hours.
FLAVIA MU-haul was a side business for this tire shop. I really can't compare to a company location. However, the man that checked me in and helped me unhook was very helpful and polite. The location also had easy access and plenty of space to drop the trailer.

Teodoro QI picked up trailer alb. Nm. Clean I transported all in boxes a furnace, a evaporative coil, and a condenser, copper line sets. Uhaul demanded a cleaning fee. For what? There was nothing to clean I left the trailer as when I picked ut up.so the by far worse experience was you . U-HAUL your drop off pics and internet block to collect payment on something that didn't need to be charged thank you for your clouded moral view of such a fake representation of a all American company just give the fees straight out!

Douglas JSupport Jesus more. He has a start up towing uhaul rental place. Jesus is a really nice person. He was closed but he was working on a job and explained his , the situation and then kindly accepted not just my return but took on 2 other semis that pulled in with flats. God bless him.

Rick UI was suppose to pick up the trailer in Deming, I had to drive 2 hours to Lordsburg instead...It delayed my trip. Plus the tires were worn and I had to call road side service to have them replaced before I could even load the vehicle. Another 2 hour delay. I lost 4 hours of travel time due to Uhaul inadequacies.
CARLA HIt Took over 35 minutes for someone to show up.he gave me a trailer with a rolling back door that was broken and won’t stay up and had to use a clamp hold it up. It took over 45 minutes to get the trailer once he arrived. He Was nice and wanted to talk.
Gregory NThe associate at this location was very rude and lacking in customer service. Would not have rented from this location if there were other options available. When calling to inquire about various concerns we had he was very rude and abrupt making comments such as “go onto the uhaul website because you’re not going to like my response” and “this is not my bread and butter, my towing company is, and I’m working on my towing truck right now and can’t talk right now.” Whether the uhaul is your main source of income or not that does not give anyone the right to be disrespectful to people.
