Michael MThe truck should not have been on the road. The door had been beat up and shoddily repaired. Painted with a spray can even. It was hard to close and made a noise our whole trip. The engine would surge then slow down. The interior was filthy. We’ve never had an experience like this with U-Haul. We were en route to pick up holiday wreaths for our town merchants. Helene had not been kind to them and our town needed some holiday cheer. Thank got it made it. We feel some remuneration is in order for this less than satisfactory experience.

Cameron CHad to wait for the person to come and check us in, the location only had one person that could handle the U-Haul stuff. The person must have been at lunch as they came strolling out from somewhere carrying a plate and eating when the came out to help us. Drop off could be managed or glow a bit better. The store wasn't dirty, but the customer service area was a mess, there was stuff piled everywhere and for disorganized and not clean and professional looking.

Ron CLandrum Hardware was wonderful! Our problems were because of the app when we tried to get the truck using your digital check out. What a waste of time! Renters beware! The app check in process was a bad joke. Landrum Hardware saved the day, however, and rest of the experience was great!
Frank SMy truck was the "classic" model (older, higher mileage). The dealer had prepped it well for my 2300 mile trip. All fluids were topped up, and all tires were at 80 psi. The truck never missed a beat all the way, and did not need to have oil or water added. The check-in at the other end was smooth, fast and professional. Great experience!

The Rental Locations was conveniently located in town. Would absolutely recommend this location to others!

Richard REverytime I lease a trailer, the wiring has issues. It is always one of the following: Turn signals will quit, one or both Brake lites quit, lights just quit, or just a " mixed bag" of all of the above. The U-haul corporation has a long history of not looking in to these issues. Landrum hardware tries to resolve them. They are good hard working people .

Kelly SThe driver's door does not completely close so at highway speed there is a lot of wind noise. The app does not acknowledge the location properly so you have to go inside to complete the transaction.
