Overall, the entire experience with U-Haul was disappointing I had to go online and download an app to reserve the equipment drive an hour to pick up the equipment just to spend another 15 minutes answering and filling out the exact same information that I had already done online The process should be streamlined. I should be able to call and talk to a person and reserve the equipment without downloading an app and creating a profile only to drive an hour to get the equipment and do the exact same thing all over again.

The location I ordered the truck at did not have the truck when I arrived and send me to the next town over to get one. That was annoying. Them when they charged me, I got two seperate receipts and the charge on my card didn’t match either of them. What is even going on

They didn’t check my trailer in when I returned it and I received at least 10 calls and emails asking me where the trailer was like was was trying to steal something. When in actuality I returned it a day early.

Have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for someone to arrive onsite to help …also you sent me fro. Siloam springs to colcord when there are several dealers in Siloam …costed me more in mileage

Truck was not swept out after use. I clean the truck before I couple start loading. Even the floor of the truck, passenger seat was full of dirt.

Location was amazing, wonderful service and patient. But U-Haul is a joke. Charges for another day even when you are only late 20 mins. Only 6 hrs is considered a day which is ridiculous. The U-Haul trailer was also INFESTED with ants and not cleaned.

They were great! This location was the only one that had a trailer size that I could use. It was lat in the day and I needed to move some odds and ends after a truckload had already moved all the bug items. The whole family there went out of their way to get me setup and on my way. They went over and above to be helpful and to make the pinch I was in as painless as possible!

Need more training. Waited an hour for a new girl to finally get me on the road and found d out later that they filed a police report on me. I did nothing wrong. It has been resolved but it was a bad experience.
