MY NMichelle and Jerry were awesome and very accomodating. My only suggestion would be to have a wider selection of vehicles available, if possible, as I needed a 10' but only 15' was available.
KEVIN BWas hard to find an attendant to obtain the truck, the office was empty, had to walk around to find someone. Drivers side flooring was dirty. No locks available to purchase or rent.
Jerome MCookies and small juice would be nice make sure you do a gluten free option.

kathy sWas lied too and forced to make a round trip in truck, instead of the one way trip I had made a reservation for a week in advance. Was told there was not a 20’ truck at my original pickup location, although when driving past the location around 5 trucks were there. Truck I did get was fine, clean, service engine light came on halfway through the trip. Overall it was an ok trip aside from being forced to pay round trip mileage.

Harriett AThe truck with filthy and not swept out. All of the dings and exterior damage was not all marked. So I took my own footage. I requested furniture dolly, utility dolly, and furniture pads. When I opened up the back, there was no utility dolly. They called and told me they didn’t have the furniture dolly’s so I purchased some of my own to use. I ended up not using the furniture pads. When I went to pick up my truck, my app would not allow me to pick it up as they had not “scheduled” my pick up. It cut into my time by about an hour as I spent time on the app and calling customer service. I will NEVER give Lang & Sons my business for U-Haul or any other service. I have rented U-Haul several times and this was by far the WORST experience.

I did not get my deposit because they said they didn’t have any cash and I would need to wait for uhaul to send it. This is not the info I was given at pickup!!!! Where’s my DEPOSIT?????!?!

Darlene CThis was the 4th Uhaul truck I rented in the last 4 weeks. All were good experiences with the exception of 1 which the truck had a check engine light on, however the service tech said it was ok to drive with the engine light on. Overall a good experience.

TODD RThe U-Haul website was not working well and we spent over 1 hour doing the "paperwork". Then the trailer was hooked up and the lights were not working. At the time we didn't know the cause so we voided the rental agreement and I went home. I diagnosed the problem to be the trailer fuse. I returned later that day and picked up the trailer. This time the U-Haul website still was not working well. After a small wait, the "paperwork" was complete but they charged me more than the original amount. Then they checked the lights and hooked-up the trailer. About a 1/2 mile down the road, the trailer disconnected from the hitch and the trailer was dragged to a stop. Thank fully, the saftey chains worked as they were supposed to. I immediately called the company and they rushed over to fix the problem. They apologized and i went on my way.
JACQUES SMy truck was filthy, wet and had a sour smell, the location wasn’t convenient for the charge of mileage ..I requested the uhaul near my home, when is approximately .5 mile and I was sent to another parish… The location was trying there best to accommodate but some things were out there reach ..

Mark SPut a step on the big trucks so it is easier to get in. I am 5,ft 3 and it was all I could do to pull myself up in the seat. Plus The am 76 yre old
NANCY RYour home office needs improvement! I had No problem with pick up location. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Your home office and online was confusing and complicated. Checking in and out was a disaster. I've always used Uhaul and have Never had this much confusion or problems. Fix your online check ins and check out

RICHARD FAbsolutely nothing. This location was about 20 minutes away from my home but the only one that had the truck I needed The office staff was friendly delightful and I plan on renting from this location at every opportunity.
