Travis RNo fault of the help at this location. When I got to the drop off location, the help there could not get the app to work. She called Uhaul on the phone and that was no help. After 20-30 minutes of messing around they were able to get things thru to Uhaul so the could finalize my rental. I was having a hard time using the Uhaul app for my phone. I had to log onto the website. Then I still had a hard time finding my information I had originally entered when I reserved the trailer. When I reserved the rental, I was told where to pick up the trailer and where to drop off the trailer. the day I was to pick up the trailer, it was at a different location. There was not a drop off location so we had to enter in all the information all over again. The app for the phone does not work and the online website is a hassle.

Gary WWorking with U-Haul was horrible: 1. I upgraded from a 15' foot truck to a 26' truck and subsequently my pickup location was changed to a location 45 minutes from my house. I can understand, but the arrogance of the U-Haul employee who told me..."It's no big deal." 2. When I picked up the truck and auto transport, I was told they had no dolly or pads (which were in my agreement) and that I would have to drive to another location to get the accessories. When I asked if the other location can deliver them to this location, I was matter-of-factly told NO! 3. I went to another location to pick up the dolly and pads and they were not happy as I already paid Lansing Lumber. When the new location opened up the truck, the trailer was filthy...they ended up sweeping it out. 4. All through this process, I was told that if I turned in the truck early that I would get a partial refund. I busted my ass and drove 2000 miles in 2.5 days, turned in the truck two days early, and was told NO REFUNDS for early turn in. U-Haul does not even know how to spell customer service.
Robert RYoung lady needs more training, she overcharged me, when I told her it was a bit much she said it was right. Tarron at Uhaul told me I was overcharged and I will get a refund. I pray her manager can help return the funds.

JOHN MThe trailer had a flat tire and did not come with the brake light connection wires. Additionally one of the rear brake lights is out.

MICHAEL MFiasco. I had an 8AM appointment for a trailer. I was told the UHaul rep didn’t arrive until 9. An employee helped me hook up the trailer and I took it to another UHaul location because I didn’t know if my hookup was correct and I had no lights. The other location set me up and I was on my way an hour late. When I returned it, the business was closed. I tried to do the return online but the location finder wouldn’t find Lansing Lumber. I tried for a long time and finally gave up and took lots of pictures. I called UHaul and said I wanted to verify my return. They had me send pictures and said they would contact Lansing Lumber the next morning.
Stephen HWe're unsure why UHaul uses these small outposts when they have a gigantic parking lot in Leavenworth at the main office on South 4th. It makes no sense not to centralize.
JOHN FExcellent customer service representative!! She was very friendly and helpful. I did want to mention the truck's passenger side front bumper looked somewhat damaged (hung down lower) that driver's side nothing that affected performance or operation, or compromised safety. Also, the cabin had an odor of animal feed or something of that nature, floor area had some noticable dirt, again nothing significant. Rear cargo area of truck was in great condition. Lastly, the rear tires especially, looked worn on inspection and will most likely need replacing soon. Otherwise, truck and experience was great overall. Thanks.
