My husband and I had our storage units for over 20 years. Halfway through the years they made me move mine to the front from the rear for some unknown reason. The raising of your prices became to high for someone on a fixed income.

I hane since moved to pontiac. but I still maintain a unit at ft knox, only because a 10x10 was not available, and i could no wait. and the rent is very reasonable compaired to pontiac. as often as i need axcess to my unit, it's worth the drive.

DAVID H | Overall ExperienceI have used Luzi's in the past and was very satisfied. Staff very professional and friendly however they are in the process of repaving the paths around the storage unit. When they took up the asphalt around the storage units it caused asphalt dust to get inside the units and it covered everything. Most of our items were in boxes but two of our suitcases were covered in this asphalt dust. I have attempted to clean them but they;'ll never be the same. Luzi's is very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I would probably use them again but they should have had the foresight to plan for the construction and maybe only do one or two units at a time or at least let the customers know that there would be construction going on.
